Financial Aid

It is our fundraising and admissions goal that no family be excluded from an Imago education for financial reasons. Private education is commonly thought to be the exclusive domain of the wealthy. As part of its founding philosophy and mission, The Imago School is committed to providing need-based financial aid to qualifying families.

Financial aid applications for the 2026/27 school year must be submitted on or before Friday, April 3rd by returning Imago families. The Board will begin providing responses to completed applications (with verified tax forms) on April 15th. Funding for financial aid awards may no longer be available after this deadline and full tuition may be due.

Financial aid applications for the 2026/27 school year can be submitted on an ongoing basis by new prospective families. The Board reserves a certain amount of funding for new applicants and awards financial aid as funds remain available.

Our financial aid program assists approximately 30% of our families. Financial aid awards are made based on a family’s demonstrated need and the availability of funds.

Financial aid applications must be submitted online through our FACTS portal. You will have to create an account to proceed. Once processed, the Board will review all completed applications and award financial aid money as they are able. Financial aid applications may be completed at any time during the admissions process.

Hardship Appeals

We recognize that unexpected life events sometimes place families in financial hardship. If this situation occurs, the Board of Directors is eager to work with families on a payment plan that will keep them in good financial standing with the school. In most cases the board will require an application for financial aid to be completed as a first step towards developing a plan. Please reach out before you are behind in tuition.

Outstanding Balance

Outstanding balances from previous years must be paid in full by the start of the school year in order for a student to remain enrolled. In some cases a written plan to bring the account into good financial standing can be worked up with the Board of Directors.
